All our products are made to order with your branding or personalisation, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your design has been approved and production has started.

Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge until you approve your design mockup. After approval, production begins and the order can't be cancelled.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you approved, email corporate@sweetyourself.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to process it.
